This vibrant location puts you in the heart of the city with easy access to the incredible Catacombs of Paris and the Cartier Foundation for Contemporary Art. Spend your days exploring the wonders of the city, then relax with a drink in one of the nearby bars such as Pathé Parnasse or dine at the exquisite Le Ciel de Paris Restaurant.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Plaisance (line 13), is just a 10-minutes walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
