great place for a relaxed holiday

We had a great time in Alain's house. It has a very good location (just across the street you can take a swim in the sea, various beaches in walking distance, supermarket with basic stuff in walking distance), it is fully equipped, everything works (please note it is not newly renovated), the owner is super friendly.

N’hésitez pas ! Très belle location très propre, avec une belle piscine, des couchers de soleil incroyables tous les soirs. Grande terrasse qui donne sur la mer. Un propriétaire sympathique ! Je recommande vivement cette location exceptionnelle !

Schönes, geräumiges und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber, immer ein frischer Wind vom Meer, herrliche Aussicht. Man sollte bedenken, dass die Straße direkt von dem Grundstück langgeht. So ist der Bus zwar rasch zu erreichen, aber je nach Windrichtung auch der Verkehr zu hören. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.

Der Gastgeber begrüßte uns und zeigte uns das Haus. Auf den ersten Blick war es in Ordnung, da stimme ich anderen Gästen zu. Beim Betreten gab es eine Küche und in der Küche gab es alles, was eine Familie braucht. Zwei kleine Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, einen Swimmingpool im Garten und natürlich einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer, das hat uns gefallen und vor allem hatten wir das Glück, zwei Wochen fantastisches Wetter zu haben.Leider gibt es auch negative Dinge, die niemand geschrieben hat.Ich fragte den Gastgeber, ob er eine Klimaanlage hätte, und er antwortete, dass er keine hätte, weil sie nicht notwendig sei, was absolut nicht stimmte. Nachts waren es bis zu 28 Grad und wir hatten Schlafprobleme, das Schwitzen war unerträglich und wir konnten nicht schlafen. Zweitens war aus einem der Schlafzimmer ein unangenehmer Geruch wahrnehmbar, und dasselbe galt für das Wohnzimmer, hinter dem Ecksofa und auf dem Ecksofa gab es einen modrigen Geruch.Es wäre nicht schlimm, wenn der Gastgeber das überprüfen würde. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer war eine Matratze voller Schmutzflecken, deshalb habe ich nicht auf diesem Bett geschlafen. Außerhalb des Pools lagen viele Blätter und kleine Holzstücke herum, daher denke ich, der Gastgeber hätte diesen Bereich vor unserer Ankunft reinigen und das Gras im ganzen Hof mähen sollen, obwohl es von der Sonne verbrannt war. Es gibt noch andere negative Dinge, aber darüber werde ich nicht mehr reden...

Het uitzicht is gewoon adembenemend. En 's avonds kan je vanop je terras naar de zonsondergang kijken. Het huis zelf is ruim, en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Bezoek zeker de oude stad van Hyeres. Gezellige smalle straatjes, en veel restaura´ts.

Ravis de notre location

Alain est très sympathique et disponible si on a des questions ou besoin de conseil. La maison est spacieuse et la cuisine bien complète, le tout avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. les conditions météorologiques ne nous ont malheureusement pas permis de profiter de la piscine.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans la maison. Elle est spacieuse, bien équipée et la literie est de bonne qualité. L’extérieur est top : vue sur la mer, une piscine très agréable et plusieurs terrasses ombragées. Nous recommandons !!

War ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ist nicht mehr ganz so neu wie auf den Fotos aber immer noch sehr schön. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist atemberaubend. Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Urlaub.

Lage, Lage, Lage!

Das Haus von Alain liegt direkt am Meer, sehr schöner Meerblick von der Terrasse inklusive Sonnenuntergang. Der Pool ist der Hit, die Lage des Hauses perfekt auch wenn man ohne Auto da ist. Wir haben uns Räder geliehen und sehr viel schöne Strände, Buchten zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreicht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Alain und seine Frau sehr hilfsbereit und diskret.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison. Quel pied!! La maison est spacieuse,un très grand séjour,2 chambres idéales dont une avec vus Mer s'il vous plaît! 1 grande terrasse,elle aussi, avec vue Mer... Justement,parlons de la vue.... Juste PAR.FAIT!!! Un véritable tableau!! La vue Mer est époustouflante. Ah oui,j'oubliais :la piscine...même si fin Octobre,elle est frisquette, elle contribue à la sérénité du site. Bref,vous l'aurez compris,on est sous le charme. Merci encore à notre hôte.

Toller Herbsturlaub

Das Haus ist riesig, die Küche ist einfach, aber super ausgestattet. Im Sommer sind die schattigen Terassen wahrscheinlich ein Traum, im Herbst war es im Schatten allerdings zu kalt, um morgens draußen zu frühstücken. Alain ist super nett, sehr hilfsbereit und herrlich unkompliziert. Die Presqu’île de Giens ist ein Traum zum Wandern und Surfen. Wir haben das Auto kaum gebraucht. Preis-Leistung stimmt!
