In La Tranche sur Mer, Le Phare area. Detached house, comprising 2 accommodations, one of which is reserved for seasonal rental. Studio for 2 people with a parking space and a private terrace. The studio includes a living room with equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet and upstairs (steep staircase) a mezzanine (height less than 1.80 m) with 2 90cm beds. The studio has a terrace with garden furniture. Location 250m from the beach and 2.5km from the city center.
EQUIPMENT: television, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 induction hobs.
The end-of-stay cleaning must be carried out by the rental.
Pets not allowed, household linen not provided, optional end-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: €70 package
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season
