Lovely house with a fantastic view

This is a great house for two families - three families would be a squash. It is well equipped, especially the kitchen - the nespresso machine is a real plus! Minor maintenance issues: the downstairs toilet hot tap doesn't work, and there is a small leak from the kitchen tap. There is also a slight smell of drains in and around the downstairs bathroom which comes and goes. Overall, a really great house, which we would definitely book again.

Superbe Maison !

Tout a été parfait lors de notre location de 4 jours sur la période du nouvel an ! Mention spéciale pour la fabuleuse vue évidemment, mais aussi pour la literie et la toute nouvelle cuisiniÚre à gaz au top du top. Propreté parfaite à notre arrivée également. Du tout confort. A recommander !

Maison trÚs agréable mais...

La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs belle avec une vue incroyable sur l'ocĂ©an. NĂ©anmoins les Ă©quipements pour une maison de cette taille ( et Ă  ce prix ) sont relativement sommaires , notamment au niveau de la cuisine ( pas assez de verre Ă  eau ou de bol , aucun Ă©lectromĂ©nager, four HS et deux feux de la gaziniĂšre HS, deux volets roulants cassĂ©s , vitres sales ). Le mĂ©nage en arrivant Ă©tait trĂšs " lĂ©ger ". Enfin l'Ă©quipe en charge de la gestion de la loc a Ă©tĂ© en dessous de tout : pas prĂ©sent lors de la remise des clĂ©s, aucunne explication sur la maison, aucun Ă©tat des lieux, malgrĂ© nos multiples relances ils n'ont fait aucun effort pour rĂ©soudre nos problĂšmes. Enfin le jour du dĂ©part, la sociĂ©tĂ© de gestion locative Ă  insistĂ© sur notre dĂ©part au plus tard Ă  10h ( un peu tĂŽt) nous avons respectĂ© cet horaire et avons attendu jusqu'Ă  10h30 sans voir arrivĂ© qui que ce soit. Nous avons donc laissĂ© les clĂ©s au mĂȘme endroit en n'ayant jamais croisĂ© personne de cette sociĂ©tĂ© ni Ă  l'arrivĂ©e ni au dĂ©part. Le tout laisse une impression mitigĂ©e : une maison superbe en apparence mais mal entretenue et un service client mĂ©diocre.

Une maison exceptionnelle dans une magnigique région

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison,tout a fait adaptee a notre famille. Chacun avait son coin chambre avec salle de bain et nous nous retrouvions dans une cuisine spacieuse et un salon avec une vue exceptionnelle. La decoration est de tres bon goût et nous nous y sommes tous sentis vraiment bien. Un excellent week-end en famille.

Belle maison mais mal entretenue

Bonjour, Le cadre et la maison sont top. C'est dommage qu'elle ne soit pas entretenue : pas d'électricité dans une chambre et la buanderie, placards et vaisselle sales, fissures dans la maison, tuiles manquantes, vitres sales. Nous pensons que cela ne correspond pas au prix de la location. A améliorer!!!

PonctualitĂ© du gĂ©rant laisse un peu Ă  dĂ©sirer Un quart d’heure de retard Ă  l’arrivĂ©e et une demi-heure sur l’heure convenue au dĂ©part. PropriĂ©tĂ© avec une belle vue sur la mer CĂŽtĂ© Ă©quipements divers : vaisselle en nombre un peu juste (tasses, bols...), portail et portillon bien fatiguĂ©s et un manque de prises Ă©lectriques dans la piĂšce principale. Literie, chambres, salles de bain et sanitaires impeccables.

Nous avons beaucoup aimĂ© cette maison oĂč chacun avait sa place (10 adultes et 2 petits enfants) : jolie, confortable et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Rien ne manquait. Nous avons passĂ© notre vie sur la terrasse lorsque nous n'Ă©tions pas en promenade ou Ă  la plage. La baie est merveilleuse. Merci !
