The apartment is located in the heart of the old town in a historic building. You can take full advantage of the proximity of numerous restaurants, lively and festive terraces at the foot of the building, the lake, the town and the mountains. 3 times a week, the fruit and vegetable market is located at the bottom of the apartment! Le Balcon Perrière is a set of 2 apartments that can be booked together or separately, on the same floor... that can accommodate a total of 8 people. The accommodation is fully equipped: Iron, shower & shampoo gel, refrigerator and freezer, classic oven and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, television and wifi access. A laundromat is a 5-minute walk away.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
The apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator.
🅿️ The nearest parking lot is the City Hall parking lot which is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.
⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Why did nobody tell us there was loud heavy construction going on in our building right outside our bedroom window with loud music, talking, smoking, hammering, grinding saws?? This is unacceptable and I deserve a refund. Could not sleep in, could not nap, construction supplies blocked hallways and made it difficult to navigate luggage.

Malheureusement, en plein centre-ville, certaines interventions peuvent être imprévues et indépendantes de notre volonté.

Great location
The location and character are great! The bathroom had a bit too much character with some extra hair and mold around the tub and smell of urine. We were there during a hot spell. There was one small fan, which barely put out any air, in the bedroom. We requested a 2nd fan and they never even responded. Bedroom looks inward on a courtyard directly over a huge commercial grade kitchen vent so leaving the window open was not an option. The living area has a lovely view directly over a different restaurant eating area. When we left the doors open however, lots bugs and mosquitoes came in. The patio is lovely but had excessive spiderwebs and hair which we spent 15 minutes cleaning but were still unable to really clean enough to use. We were told that check-in would be at 5:10, versus 4 pm advertised and that if we couldn’t be there then, it would be later that night. Clara arrived at 5:30 with a lot of attitude like it was an inconvenience to meet us at all. There were no written codes or instructions. Instead, she showed us WiFi network, 12 digit password, lock box code from her phone and expected us to remember them. She seemed annoyed when we asked to take a picture and annoyed in general. As former VRBO owners of multiple properties over 15 years, the owner of this one may want to speak to the management company. The apartment has great character and potential, and is in a fantastic location. Better communication, cleaning and fans for air flow would go a long way.

Nous somme entré dans le logement avec lampe du salon qui ne fonctionner pas , une verre cassé, un lit pour bébé sans matelas, des draps manquant , chauffage payant au dessus de 21 degrés alors qu’il fait à peine 9 degrés dehorsNiveau propreté à revoir une crotte de nez était rester collé sur le mur de la chambre à fuir !!!

Magnifique appartement
Magnifique appartement idéalement situé dans la vieille ville d’Annecy, tout près du lac. L’endroit a beaucoup de charme et permet de profiter pleinement de la ville. Nous sommes arrivés tard, une solution a rapidement été trouvée pour tout organiser, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement !

Magnifique appartement paré de pierres et poutres, et pourvu qu’un balcon vue sur la « petite Venise de France et du palais. Très bien situé, proche toutes commodités, et du lac. Communication excellente avec Jenny. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons.
