We recently built this brand new custom home with our family construction business. This home has never been lived in. We have lived in his area for 18 years and love the Finger Lakes so much we wanted to create a beautiful home for people to come enjoy all this area has to offer year round.
Why they chose this property
This property has 360° views, meadow, and hardwood forest to be enjoyed in all seasons. It is a great springboard for any Finger Lakes adventure. Short drive to Ithaca and Cayuga Lake, Cornell, and Ithaca College, or Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake.
What makes this property unique
This is a custom built home unlike any other with the barn wood features, charm, and lots of character. So much to do inside and outside the home, it will be hard to leave the property.
