Deluxe Somerset Remodeled Unit!!!

Enjoy fantastic Gulf, beach and sunset views from your large,private balcony...sunny SW exposure! recently remodeled, large walk-in shower in master bath,upscale furnishings. Sleeps 5- king bed in master, 2 full in guest bdrm, additional day room for added space.3 flat screen Tv;s Internet wifi in unit. Washer/ Dryer in unit. Full amenity gated beachfront complex, 2 pools, gym, pickleball, tennis, underground parking, bike storage, lobby.Beach chairs , umbrellas and pool toys provided, onsite BBQ area. Owner lives locally and will assist with keys.

Please be aware that after we accept your booking request, you will be receiving an email from The Somerset association for you to fill out their HOA form. This form has a non refundable fee of $150.

During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

My family and I loved this condo! Amazing view of the ocean. The AC also worked great, I was worried with it being June in Florida it would still be humid inside but it wasn’t all. Parking was easy, you could park in the assigned parking spot or on top of the deck anywhere, both were very accessible. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Check in went smoothly. Condo was what we expected. No major issues. One or 2 small challenges with the Wi-Fi connection and figuring out the TV instructions. Unit was excellent and being on the beach was super! Within walking distance of fun places, primarily great restaurants. We've been to Marco Island many times, and we have always enjoyed The Somerset!

Sweet staycation!

Our family had a great time staying in Southwest Florida at Somerset Condos. We stayed here several years ago and loved being back. This unit was perfect for us to “get away”. It was spacious, cozy and well equipped. We hope to return again sometime soon.

2 week stay

We stayed there for 2 weeks and had a great experience! The condo was very nice and the hosts made the check in/check out process very easy. We enjoyed the amazing views of the beach from the spacious balcony. Would definitely recommend this condo.
