Magnificent villa with breathtaking views over one of the most beautiful bays of L'Escala.
This house is located in a very quiet area near Cala Montgo, a heavenly cove with all its amenities.
On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, as well as a large living-dining room opening onto a large terrace with stunning views of Montgo Bay, the private swimming pool and the large garden.
The villa is equipped with WIFI and television.
On the same level are two bedrooms and a bathroom with WC.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with WC.
Access to the garage is from below.
Outside, a large space with a beautiful swimming pool, terraces where you can enjoy deckchairs and the sun.
During your stay, I will personally welcome you on the day of your arrival and leave you a map of L'Escala with all the necessary information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, neighboring villages, etc.).
For the duration of your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in case of any problem.

Lovely location but needs a good clean
We loved the view from the balcony, which is even lovlier than the photos. The beach (20 mins walk) is very clean and great for swimming and snorkelling. All the facilities you need are close and there is plenty to see and do. The area is quiet - all in all a beautiful spot.
The house is spacious - and adequately furnished, but the big let down was cleanliness and broken / inadequate equipment. For example the kitchen crockery was grimy, there was a dirty mark around the pool. Various items were broken - such as the one and only sun parasol.
The agent was responsive about this but to make this villa a real pleasure to stay in some cleaning and review of equipment is needed. Providing basic cleaning items such as washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets and a tea towel that is bigger than a hankerchief might help. We were also kept waiting for 30 mins on check in.

First of all I am happy that you enjoyed the area including if you are disapointed for some things.
For all the equipment of the kitchen, It's impossible for us, to control evry dishes or evry glasses, and we count on the good education of people to clean up evrything clean.
For the tea towel, i bring you.
For the products like washing up liquid, I think that in the pocket of "Welcome" in the kitchen there is 1 little bottle for dishes, 2 tablets for the dishwasher, 1 tablet for the washing machine 1 sponge etc... which permit to start the stay. Of course, after, the vacacionners need to buy more if he stay a long time.
For the sun parasol, as you said, I are reactive because it was chaned at one. I just want to point out that people let it open while they are not here or it's nigth and that's why they fly away and they broke. When I bring the new one at the end of the day and the old one was still open falling on the floor and the sun protection on the terrasse was open while it wasn't sunny at all and nobody was in the house. For the elctric sun protection we have a security but for the sun parasol no, that's why a lots are brken in all the houses we manage.
As the cleaning dishes, we count on the education of people.
For the waiting, we try to do the best and sorry to kept you waitng 30 minutes.

Dad Haus und die Ausstattung war einfach nur super...zwar wäre eine Klimaanlage perfekt gewesen aber durch die gute lage der Fenster konnte man gut lüften und Abkühlung schaffen...und das aller beste war der Pool...mit seiner Beleuchtung war er abends einfach nur ein Traum...haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jedenfall wieder...

Super séjour dans une propriété avec une vue imprenable il faudrait juste des climatisations à défaut des ventilateurs pour la chaleur.
Problème d'évacuation d'eau à revoir.

Maison très bien situé avec une vue magnifique dont on ne se lasse pas. Maison bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Pour ma part, une climatisation et un aspirateur seraient un plus. En cas de besoin, William est réactif. Et les petits soucis sont vite réglés.

Wir waren 3 Wochen im Juni 2023 da und es war fantastisch. Absolute Ruhe und wunderschöner Ausblick von der Terrasse bzw. dem Wohnzimmer auf den Montgo. Wir genossen insbesondere den eigenenPool. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr gut, die Betten von guter Qualität. Der Verwalter, Herr Germain, ist ausgesprochen nett und sofort zur Stelle, wenn eine Frage auftaucht. Wir werden, wenn möglich, wieder kommen.
