Welcome to my bright, quiet and spacious apartment close to the beautiful Buttes Chaumont park and a short walk from line 11 which will take you directly to the center of Paris. The accommodations are for 4 people but ideal for couples or solo travelers.

The apartment is secured by an intercom. It is located on the 3rd floor, with elevators, of a building well maintained by a caretaker.
It is simple, very bright, not overlooked, clean and functional.


It is composed of:
- an entrance with the intercom, a cupboard.
- an independent kitchen with a table and all the necessary utensils for cooking.
- a beautiful living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a small coffee table and table on which you can have lunch or dinner.
- a pleasant bedroom with a comfortable 160x200 bed and clean linen.
- Shelving with a wardrobe
- a bathroom with bath and toilet.

Nos sentimos como en casa

Estuvimos muy a gusto. La casa es amplia, luminosa y tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar. El barrio es tranquilo y tanto el supermercado como el metro están cerca. Aurelie y su marido son encantadores y acogedores.
