Cottage ideally located to take advantage of the many activities in the Sancy massif: La Bourboule (15km), Mont-Dore (19km): skiing, festivals, summer and winter entertainment... Only 30 minutes from Vulcania and the Volcan de Lemptegy for young and old. For lovers of hiking: you are about ten kilometers from the Banne d'Ordanche (basalt peak of an old chimney of the Monts Dore volcano, from the summit you can enjoy a superb panorama over the Dordogne valley and its mountainous foothills.Not to be missed: the Blue Museum of Laqueuille just a few kilometers away. The gîte is an independent house composed on the ground floor of a living room with a wood stove (free wood), "a living room, a kitchen, and a separate toilet. Also on the ground floor: a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a private shower room. On the 1st floor: a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, one bedroom with a 120 cm bed, a shower room/WC. For your comfort, heating is included. You will enjoy a magnificent open outdoor space of 700m². five bicycles (3 large and 2 small) free of charge under the responsibility of the tenants Shops and services in St Sauves 6km away.
