Cottage ideally located for nature holidays between rest, sports activities and discovery of the nearby heritage. At only 15 km from Puy de Dôme and its rack train and at 14 km from the famous Vulcania park. And why not visit the Basilica of Orcival 8 km away. Terraced house with two residential houses, recently tastefully renovated. Ground floor: large living room with lounge, dining room and open kitchen. Half a level with separate shower room and wc. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed. Open space outside with beautiful wooden terrace and garden furniture. Private front yard with private parking. Oil heating in addition up to 80 €. Shops and services in Olby 2 km and Orcival 8 km.
