Nice place to stay for a couple or small family of 4. Small & quaint, but has everything you need. Restaurants & shopping are minutes away or have something delivered. Owner communicates well & is available if an issue or question arises. A couple of ice trays would be nice, but regardless a great stay.
This was my 3rd or 4th time staying here over the last couple of years. I come to town a couple times a year for business. It's exactly as described and pictured. The neighborhood is quiet. Check in and out is quick and easy. It's away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything. The price does keep going up every year, but as long as the price stays low enough to make it worth not going to a hotel, I'll keep coming back.
Everything was fine, but the Tv in both the living room and the bedroom the sound would go off at times.

About the host
Hosted by Jack K. Cawood
Hi, I'm Jack, a retired pipefitter welder. I know what you need while traveling for work, a nice clean home away from home. I started doing this with my fulltime apartments and must say I enjoy having people who appreciate and respect my properties. I enjoy all the compliments and folks saying, "It looks better than the pictures! The pictures don't do it justice!" I hope you will enjoy your time at any of my places in Monroe or Dundee MI.
