Located near the Sancy massif, in a preserved environment, this gîte offers you a magnificent panorama of the area. Near and from the gîte you can enjoy numerous hikes. Don't forget the Banne d'Ordanche 1573m above sea level, from where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of the Dordogne valley and its mountainous foothills, the Puy de Sancy, the Bourboule spa resort in 15km from the gîte, the Puys chain and the Limousin plateaus. The cottage is composed on the ground floor: - a living room with a pellet stove - a kitchen area - a laundry room -a separate toilet On the 1st floor: - a bedroom with two 90 cm beds - a bedroom with two 90 cm beds - a 1 bedroom with a 140 bed - a bathroom with WC The cottage is non-smoking.
