About this property

Nice quiet lakefront home with great fishing !

Have a nice home on Lake Broward .. Great fishing, canoeing, boating, swimming. Lake broward is one of the top two purist lakes in Florida. Being that there is no public boat ramps ,this lake never is over populated with boaters. Come relax on the large screened porch, or cast a line from the dock. Located within 45 minutes of St Augustine, World Golf Village, Daytona , Deland , and a little over an hour to Orlando. A wonderful place to set relax watch the beautiful sunsets! As of June 2026 the lake is way down and our dock is being repaired.

What makes this property unique

Lake broward is now rated the second cleanest lake in Florida with as of June of 2026 the lake is down and our dock is being redone ,no public boat ramp this lake is very quiet, except major holidays, when there is more boating activity
