Pretty villa near one of the best beaches in L'Escala la Cala Mntgo.

Located in a quiet area, this house is on one level with a large fenced garden and a large private swimming pool.

A main room composed of a dining room and a living room with TV and free and unlimited Wifi.
An open kitchen with serving hatch allows communication.
A bay window overlooks a sheltered terrace with BBQ.

At the same level a suite with double bed, a bathroom with WC, bath and shower.
On the other side two other bedrooms with a bathroom, a toilet and a shower.

Outside, the terrace leads directly to the swimming pool with enough space around to enjoy the sun on the deckchairs.

The garden offers plenty of space, ideal for family holidays.

The vehicle can be parked on the property or on the street. A garage is available for bicycles.

During your stay, I will personally welcome you on the day of your arrival and leave you a map of L'Escala with all the necessary information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, neighboring villages, etc.).
For the duration of your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in case of any problem.

Tolles Haus in super Lage.Vorallem mit Hunden perfekt, da alles komplett eingezäunt ist. Vermieter sehr nett, hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Urlaub Mai - juni

Der Urlaub war wie immer sehr schön in diesem Ort. Das Haus war wie beschrieben , auf den Bildern wirkt alles etwas größer es war jedoch alles vorhanden was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist wie angegeben. Die Strände sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar, das Haus liegt auf einem Berg, was für uns kein Problem war, wenn man aber körperlich eingeschränkt ist, etwas anstrengend. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, und können alles nur weiter empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir haben 2 Wochen im schönen L'escala verbracht bei traumhaftem Wetter. Das Haus war soweit OK und ich hoffe dass der Besitzer die Winterpause nutzt um diverse Kleinigkeiten zu reparieren. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit der Barrierefreiheit. Obwohl mir vorher schriftlich zugesagt wurde dass die Türbreiten mindestens 75cm sind waren alle Türen nur 70cm breit. Dies war für unsere beiden mitreisenden Rollstuhlfahrerinnen ein sehr grosses Problem. Zukünftige Gäste im Rollstuhl sollten dies unbedingt beachten. 1 mal in 14 Tagen fiel die Poolpumpe aus dies wurde aber innerhalb 48 Std repariert. Ansonsten war es ein toller Urlaub.

Zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub zu viert, mit genügend Platz. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Der Pool hat den Kindern am besten gefallen. Wir persönlich hätten es gerne etwas sauberer auf dem Boden gehabt, was mit Sicherheit daran liegt, dass es für Haustiere geeignet ist. Ansonsten war alles super und der persönliche Kontakt mit Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

Toller Bungalow mit Blick zum Meer ☀️

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Bungalow von William Germain. Es war alles liebevoll vorbereitet und wir standen vorab in Kontakt zwecks späterer Ankunft. William war 5 Min. später vor Ort zur Übergabe der Schlüssel. Das Haus ist schön gelegen, etwas oberhalb, dadurch geht immer ein bisschen Wind. Sehr angenehm. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Pool ist klasse und perfekt für eine Familie. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir wirklich zufrieden. Wir würden das Haus gerne weiter empfehlen.
