THE RENTAL
Furnished tourist accommodation classified *** with a small sea view, 400 m from a beach and less than 1.5 km from traditional shops and a supermarket.
Fish/seafood market and covered market 7 days a week.

The accommodation is located in a private and fenced property, with private access by secure gate.
Comfort solar glazing, 20dB silent ventilation column, central vacuuming, electric shutters.

You will have a 16 m2 terrace with table, chairs, parasol and 2 deckchairs. Electric barbecue and beach umbrella available.
Free fibre wifi.
Parking at 15 m, your vehicle visible from the rental.
Bicycles on request.

Sheets, pillowcases, towels, linen and cleaning products are provided.
The tourist tax is included. Cleaning is optional (see "INFORMATION" section).

DESCRIPTION of the accommodation
On the ground floor:
- A living room with kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave/grill, induction hob, mini oven, fridge/freezer, classic coffee maker and pods, toaster, kettle, blender and electric mixer...).
Fixed sofa,
Smart TV 1080p. 32".
- A toilet.
Washing machine, ironing board and iron.

UPSTAIRS, with a glimpse of the sea:
- Bedroom with 140x190 bed (quality bedding).
- Storage, wardrobe, large mirror and 27" HDTV.
- Shower room illuminated by a roof window, with 80 shower cubicles and 2nd WC.

ATTENTION:
- The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children.
- It is "NON-SMOKING".
- Sleeping is limited to 2 people.
- Pets are not allowed. Thank you

INFORMATION
TOURIST TAX is included in the price
CLEANING is a €30 option, which becomes mandatory if you do not return the property to the condition in which you found it.
On arrival, you will be asked for a DEPOSIT CHEQUE of €500, not cashed, which can be returned after an inventory of fixtures. Transfer possible with delivery of a receipt.

Nous avons passé en couple un très bon séjour de 2 semaines dans cette maison très bien équipé. La terrasse nous a également permis de passer de bons moment notamment aux repas dont le petit-déjeuner.

Sehr schön, wir hatten das Gefühl wie zu Hause zu sein. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar war sehr freundlich un zuvorkommend. Der Garten und die Terrasse waren schön angelegt, nur das Wetter ließ es nicht immer zu, sie zu benutzen.

Fouras est une petite station balnéaire familiale ayant gardé un côté sauvage et préservé ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme. Sommes enchantés de notre séjour. Location bien située , dans un quartier calme et assez pro je du centre. Belles prestations dans le logement.
