Very nicely updated condo with new everything inside. The bed was particularly comfortable and everything worked very well. The beach reclamation is something that the owners cannot control but that just made the walk to the ocean a little long. Overall very positive!!

Great condo by the beach. Everything as described. Terrific beach access. Rooftop was lovely for morning coffee. Pool was OK, could have used a good cleaning but really nice to have access and got the job done.

We can't say enough positive comments about this exceptional property. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking, if you wish, entertaining, and simply enjoying some relaxing time. This condo was perfectly laid out and we loved it. We had guests who were in awe of the thoughtful decorating and comfort.

The time spent at this condo was totally relaxing. The area is beautiful in the Spring. Our pups enjoyed the visit delighting in watching the ocean waves from the patio. The rooftop perch was unique. We would return without question!

This is a perfect rental for ocean views and was very spacious for my husband and me. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and was quiet (we came in February). The screened porch and upstairs open air deck had fantastic views of ocean. The mattress was quite comfortable, as was the large sofa. We will be back, I am sure.

We had a wonderful week even with the beach restoration. Beth brought this to our attention before we arrived and was willing to refund 100% if we wanted to cancel. We still wanted to come and she gave us 50% off the rental to compensate for the inconvenience. In speaking with other guests they were not made aware of the situation before they arrived and were having to fight with their host to get any money. I never even had to ask Beth she offered up front. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Our adult son came down for part of the week and he slept in the extra room upstairs. We did bring a fan to move the air a little. It does have a/c but doesn’t stay as cool as downstairs. Worked out great! Once the beach restoration is complete, it will have easy access to the beach and the beach will be beautiful! Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Very peaceful and relaxing week. Definitely not a crowded beach which I loved. I highly recommend and would stay at this unit again.

We enjoyed our stay at Mid-Century Modern. It’s a great location, close to the beach and pool. It’s was clean, the king bed was very comfortable! Plenty of towels, dishware, etc.!
