Villa-apartment with private terrace and pool

The apartment "le Pied à terre No.2" is located on the ground floor of a contemporary secure residence in Porticcio "les Jardins du Fort", just 4 minutes from the beach of Porticcio and all shops, by car.
The apartment is located on the first ground floor, accessible directly from the car park. Two parking spaces are reserved for it.
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned.
The apartment has a south-facing garden of about 350m2 where palm trees and olive trees grow encircling the private swimming pool. From there, the view extends to the sea and the peninsula of Isollela. At sunset, the garden and pool are automatically illuminated.
A wooden terrace offers different areas: meals with gas barbecue and plancha, lounge, swimming pool and solarium (sunbeds). The swimming pool is equipped with a motorised shutter.
The apartment consists of a large living room combining living room and kitchen and giving access to the terrace through a large bay window.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee maker, kettle, blender and toaster.
The cosy living room has a TV screen. A laundry room contains the washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron. A corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms as well as a separate toilet.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom and direct access to the terrace.

The apartment is exclusively for 6 people.

The price includes cleaning, linen rental (3 bed linens, 6 bath towels, 6 bath towels, 3 bath mats, 2 tea towels), wifi and running charges.

On your arrival in the bay of Ajaccio, you will be guided and welcomed by Yohan, in charge of check-in and check-out. A "cleaning" deposit will be requested up to 180 euros returned on your departure under conditions: apartment tidy, bins evacuated, dishwasher emptied and dishes put away, bed and household linen at the foot of the beds, plancha and barbecue cleaned.

Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. In case of late arrival, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., an additional 30 euros will be requested (between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., 60 euros) to be given in person to Yohan.

Check-out is from 8 am to 10 am. In case of early departure: 6 am-8 am, an additional 30 euros (before 6 am, 60 euros) will be requested by Yohan and delivered in person.
