Newly upgraded 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo at Mariners Village in Mariners Landing Community. Mariners Landing is a golf course community that offers two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, a private beach, exercise room, hiking trails and The Landing restaurant.
Walk out unit on peaceful cove of Smith Mountain Lake. Condo is minutes from Smith Mountain Lake State Park and a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores.
Master bedroom suite has a king size bed, full bath and private screened in patio. Private guest area with full bathroom and 2 sets of twin bunk beds.

Perfect SML holiday getaway

The place was really great- there was nothing the condo did not have- very comfortable - lots of room for the four of us. We enjoyed ALL the amenities especially the beach at the Point. We have previously stayed in houses, however we were a smaller group this time and really enjoyed the entire experience.

Little piece of tranquility

I cannot say enough about Anne’s home. This was our first visit to SML and I will tell you, without a doubt, it was not our last. Despite the fact that we (myself, husband and two college-aged children) didn’t spend a ton of time in the townhome, we loved every minute that we did spend inside. It feels like home. It is clean beyond measure, has everything you need in the kitchen to get you started (from k-cups and sugar, to more than basic cooking necessities). Anne was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the day we booked to the day we left. Linens and towels are soft and plush, every piece of furniture was comfortable and don’t even get me started on the view…. I don’t know where you all are from, but you can’t just get that view anywhere- but you CAN get it at Anne’s. You must make a stop at Bottles and Bites if they are open- what a great place to start your evening - and right up the road! Gym, pools, hiking, state park for kayaks…I have no hesitation in recommending this place- unless you want to book it when we want to come back. (LOL) Trust me, you’ll love it at Anne’s and at SML. Thanks Anne for sharing your little piece of tranquility ♥️

Amazing lakefront rental!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. Fully stocked kitchen, great setup, lake front with access to pools and beaches. Would definitely stay again!
