From the moment you step inside you will be delighted with the spacious layout, great views and attention to detail. The living offers a large flat screen TV, gorgeous lake views and access to the large patio. A dining table with additional seating and floor to ceiling windows are perfect for dining while enjoying your lake views. The well stocked coffee bar is great for your morning coffee. Your fully stocked kitchen offers plenty of counter space with brand new appliances. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV, large closet and spacious full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size mattress and large closet. This condo offers a stackable washer and dryer. The large patio offers comfortable seating and lake views. Day docks are available right outside of your building and are on a first come, first serve basis. You are in walking distance to one of the 3 pools here. An additional outdoor pool, an indoor pool open year-round with a hot tub, both a wet and dry sauna, racket ball court, tennis and basketball courts, a huge sandy beach with umbrellas, an award winning restaurant on site make this one of the most convenient places at the lake. The amenities coupled with the beautiful interior are sure to please and will become a place you will want to return to year after year.

Perfect Place

We attended a wedding on the property and it was so conveniently located to the venue. The condo was so clean and well maintained. Would certainly consider booking again.

Lake living at its finest!

For 2 couples, the setup is perfect. Nice sized social spaces, small bathrooms and adequate bedrooms. But everything we needed! The sunrise and moonrise view from the dining area and patio were perfect! Don’t forget your towels and sheets as they aren’t provided.

We love staying here. Comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful views in this area of the resort. A bit on the pricey side compared to last year, though.

Love the Lake Life.

We have stayed at SML and Bernard's Landing for several years and always have a great time. The property was very nice. There was limited pantry space but that didn't deter from us having a good time. Thanks for making this property available.

Great view

The property was very clean and comfortable. The view was great, but we had workers digging up bushes, replanting with a backhoe and truck 2 of our 4 days there, obstructing our morning view which was a bit frustrating . It was uncomfortable sitting at ktable having our morning coffee and breakfast with them right on the other side of window and we couldn't sit outside on the patio. It would have been fine if they would have come in the afternoon while we were out boating . My husband and I loved the grounds and walking them. This was great for us wanting to exercise, but it is a bit of walk to all the amenities which was just a little too inconvenient for our parents with the heat. Bernard's landing has everything . Napoli's very good!! Great for families and around the clock security, (Cynthia, ) was very accommodating! Unfortunately another disappointment was a strong septic smell . It was only one night however. Overall , with the many fees added to the price advertised and no cancelation allowed,, we felt this place was overpriced.
