The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Beaumont-en-Véron offers this charming 150 m² house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a shower room and a 1,200 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 60 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fiber optics), sofas and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Tassimo pod coffee maker...
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.

Upstairs (3 bedrooms accessible via the living room staircase and 1 via the kitchen staircase):
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190).

For even more convenience: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated), open from April to the end of October (opening dates non-contractual), fully fenced, measuring 9.5×4m and ranging from 0.70 to 2m10 deep.
- A lovely, south-facing, fenced garden of approx. 1,200 m².
- A south-facing terrace of approx. 80 m² with furniture to enjoy the warm weather.

The house is ideally located in Beaumont-en-Véron, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Maison Meslaie Fantastic place to spend a holiday, and lots of space for 4 adults and a toddler to enjoy. A really well equipped kitchen, and all the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a family getaway somewhere quiet.

Beautiful large garden with sunloungers and pool. Lovely patio equipped with umbrella and outdoor furniture to sit out and eat outside. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We loved it."

Maison Meslaie "Quiet location. Lovely Pool. 🙂 Loved the pool and the patio area. The children played in it loads. The walled garden was great for the dog. The house has everything you need in it. Lots of stuff and the air con was a bonus on a hot day. Hosts were lovely and although they have a house on site they were not there so we felt it was private. 🙁 Very quiet location which is a personal choice. I would have liked to be in walking distance to bars, a baker and a restaurant. There is a lot of stuff inc ornaments and equipment in the house that must make it difficult to keep clean. Maybe less stuff would be helpful."

Details on line very misleading, property only approx 10 feet from owners property, garden not private, as described, rather we were disturbed by the owners grandson playing football in the garden. There is only one toilet in a property which sleeps 10, it is off the sitting room and not sound proofed! All a bit tired, bizarre collection of kitchen equipment. In all, rather disappointing.

Maison Meslaie "This house is perfect for stays with friends and family: plenty rooms and space within communal areas such as living room, kitchen and outdoors. The pictures online don't do justice to how we've experienced the house! It was idyllic and cosily decorated. Many amenities, kitchenware, soft towels, games, etc. So you don't have to pack too many additional gear to make life easy and comfortable. E.g. my kitchen towels from home went back as clean as I packed them ;) I am pregnant at this time, so it was an inconvenience that the bathroom is downstairs while the bedrooms are upstairs. And unfortunately the pool was indeed closed, although advertised as open until end of the month. Minor incoveniences that you should know just in case, but never spoiled our stay!"

Bonjour Nous avons passé un weekend en famille très agréable dans cette jolie maison très bien tenue avec des propriétaires plus que charmants qui nous ont invités à une dégustation de vin de leur production accompagnée de toasts à la terrine de chevreuil..Dans le gîte nous avions tout le confort et toute la vaisselle nécessaire et même au delà... Malheureusement nous n avons pas pu profité de la piscine. Mais pour ma part je suis repartie satisfaite car Nathalie m'a offert un pied de mélisse citronnée le top du top..Gros bisous à Nathalie qui reste une hôte charmante avec qui nous avons eu plaisir a papoter.....

Maison Meslaie "Leider nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen 🙂 Das Haus an sich ist schön, der sehr große Garten bietet viel Platz sowohl zum Fußballspielen als auch zum Entspannen im Schatten. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Schlösser der Umgebung zu besichtigen. 🙁 Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig (dreckige Seifenschale im Bad, schmutziges Geschirr in den Schränken, Müll auf der Terrasse, dreckiger Aschenbecher auf dem Terrassentisch, an einem Bett klebte ein Kaugummi). Der Pool war bei unserer Ankunft nicht nutzbar (verdreckt, grünes, trübes Wasser) und wurde erst auf Nachfragen gereinigt. Handtücher fehlten komplett (wurden auf Nachfrage nachgereicht), es gab keinerlei Handspülmittel, Spülmaschinenreiniger, Waschpulver, Toilettenpapier. Die Gastgeberin war zwar sehr freundlich, aber schlecht erreichbar (WhatsApp ging nicht durch, auf der Mailbox hinterlassene Nachricht wurde nicht beantwortet)."

Maison Meslaie La maison est très belle, pratique et grande. Le terrain est calme et la piscine est plus qu'appréciable. En revanche l'agence qui s'occupe de la maison n'est pas du tout fiable. Nous avions rendez-vous a 16h pour le check-in mais nous avons reçu un coup de fil vers 13h pour nous dire que la maison ne sera pas prête. Mes invités étant déjà sur la route ils ont du attendre jusqu'à 19h devant la porte ! Aucun geste, l'agence ne m'a jamais recontacté après m'avoir annoncé le retard, il était très compliqué de les joindre vu que c'est une grosse centrale. En bref, c'était un bon séjour avec des hôtes très sympathiques mais un peu gâché par l'agence COCOONR avant même d'être entré dans cette maison.

Maison Meslaie We verbleven met familie in het huis van Nathalie, die in het huis ernaast woont. We werden heel hartelijk verwelkomd in een ruim en mooi huis. In de tuin konden we genieten van de rust. Op korte afstand waren er heel wat bezienswaardigheden en wijnbouwers te bezoeken, waaronder ook la Dozonnerie, waarvan we bij aankomst een flesje aangeboden kregen. We konden onze auto’s ook gemakkelijk kwijt op de grote oprit.

La maison avec ses 4 chambres et sa grande pièce à vivre, le jardin et la piscine, nous avons tout aimé ! L'endroit est calme et à 10 minutes de Chinon avec tous les commerces. Très belle découverte !
