Check in was quick and easy. House was close to the beach with easy access to the beach. Property was great. Nice house. Set up well if you bring pets. Had a great stay!

Beautiful with Perfect Scenery

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful cabin and I loved the location even though it was not beach front. The rooms are large and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was nice and I liked the open concept. There was plenty of seating for everyone.The only negatives I came across was the floors were not swept well. We found some candy around the couch area. Also, we had ants (fire ants) pretty bad around the 3rd day. We thought they were just in the kitchen, but we found them in the bedroom and bathrooms too. This definitely needs to be addressed.Aside from that, it was a beautful place, the air worked perfectly. The downstairs showere was amazing, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was the perfect location for our family. It was close to the beach , without being right on top of it. We liked that we could see and get to it easily. The openness of the house was amazing. There was plenty of room for people to visit and play games from pretty much any part of the home. The rooms were spacious and well supplied with the amenities we would need. We also liked that the deck could be closed off for toddlers and pets or could be opened up to the back yard. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Deceiving

When we walked in the front door we were immediately hit with the overwhelming stench of urine. We though we'd just go to the Big Store and buy some candles. Did not help. The fence was down and we knew this due to the hurricane but we were informed it would be fixed before our arrival. This was important to us because we were traveling with our dog and one of the main reasons we picked this house. There were several posts missing on the balcony. The living room under the couch was filthy. All kinds of little treasures found under there. Under the beds in the bedrooms were equally filthy. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. That's a positive. Location was good. We absolutely could not get past the awful smell of urine and decided to leave after just two nights of our five-night stay. Cobb Rental offered to upgrade us to a different property but we were over it and just headed out. Out of all the trips we've used VRBO for this was by far the most disappointing!

Great house

The house was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable and well stocked with dishes, appliances, etc. Highly recommended and we would love to stay here again next year.

Perfect For a Family With Dogs. 🐾

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is such a nice cabin. It's perfect for families with dogs and little ones. The deck has gates on both sides. The back gate leads straight to the fenced in yard. We could relax and not worry when letting the dogs outside. The cabin is 1650 sq. ft. but feels bigger. The kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies. Cabin has plenty of seating and the couch is comfortable. The street is quiet and the walk to the beach is quick. Check-in and check-out was easy. I would rent this cabin again.

Beautiful home in a quiet location

The home was beautiful, well decorated, and had a comfortable family friendly design. Rooms and restrooms were spacious and clean. Loved the layout of the home, very functional. Very convenient location with quick access to the beach, local restaurants, & grocery stores.

Reviewer Comments: As expected with Cobb, excellent 👍.I have been using them for years now, and have never had a issue.2 things to note about this particular property is no closet in the master, and no pantry in the kkitchen.They are there, but locked up.Not sure if it was in the description or not, but it was a bummer, not a deal breaker by any means though.

An inconvenience but certainly not a show stopper. The location is far enough down on the peninsula that we didn't have to worry about bumper to bumper craziness while enjoying some fun in the sun. Will be looking to stay here again next year.

Good…but not quite great.

Property was as described in a good location, clean, and comfortable for our small family gathering. However, we never could get internet or wi-fi and there was a minor plumbing issue that we had to address ourselves. (As far as I know maintenance personnel never came to make the repair.) These two concerns keep me from saying it was “great.” I recommend a home instruction booklet (specific to the house) that give instructions on operating various appliances/electronics as well.
