Beautiful, air-conditioned apartment of approximately 44 m², decorated in a modern style and ideally located in downtown Royan, just steps from the central market.
This property has been fully renovated and features a private garden. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the Résidence Cap Ouest but is completely independent thanks to the gate at the back of the private garden, which provides direct access to the parking lot. This allows you to safely store your bicycles there.
The entrance to the apartment opens directly onto the living/dining room.
The living room is equipped with a large TV and a very comfortable sofa bed.
The dining area features a table where you can enjoy your meals.
Both spaces are very bright thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the private landscaped garden, which is furnished so you can enjoy peaceful summer evenings outdoors.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, coffee maker—filter and Nespresso—refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster…).
The bedroom sleeps two people thanks to its 160-cm bed.
The bathroom features a shower, a single sink, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
Finally, there is a separate toilet.
A washing machine is available.
Linens are not included in the price but can be provided upon request for an additional fee, as can made-up beds. Duvets and pillows are provided.
Wi-Fi is available; pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property.

Appartement conforme a la description, coquet, parfait pour 2 personnes pas plus. Bien équipé. Emplacement ideal pour passer des vacances sans voiture. Lit peu confortable, trop dur a notre goût. Belle terrasse agréable , plancha électrique.

Chère madame, Je vous remercie pour votre commentaire toutefois concernant le lit nous n'avons jamais eu de réflexion et comme vous l'avez bien indiqué cela est trop dur "à votre goût". Malheureusement la literie est un sujet très aléatoire et la literie choisie est entre le dur et le mou afin de satisfaire tout le monde mais c'est très subjectif. Je suis ravi de voir que vous avez apprécié les équipements et l'emplacement. Au plaisir de vous revoir

Accueil très sympa, propreté impeccable, idéalement placé, proche du centre ville et plages accessibles à pied, de superbes balades en vélo pour découvrir la région... nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.

séjour à Royan

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Royan dans cette agréable et très très confortable maison lumineuse au calme il y a tout et même un jardin superbement paysagé bien équipé nous avons apprécié la place de parking, la proximité des commerces et du marché de royan on peut y aller à pieds Durant notre séjour nous avons randonné le long des côtes certains paysages ns rappellent par endroit la côte basque Nous reviendrons
