The Palm is a delightful vacation getaway. The 7 of us--ages 34-72--enjoyed every bit of our stay. The owner has clearly taken great care in creating a high quality home, with attention to every detail. It is more expensive that some SSI properties, and it is absolutely worth it.

The house is beautiful, well appointed and graciously offers all your needs to provide a relaxing and meaningful family experience.John, the host of this home was wonderful and went beyond when we realized we ( that would be me) had not booked properly and required an extra day. . He was so responsive patient and kind to ensure that the full week would happen.Very short walk to beautiful beach and the backyard with pool, hot tub, providing opportunities be outside when not having beach time.Also afforded some ping pong table competitions!There are quadrants to this home that offered each family privacy and quiet time.Thank you so very much for this experience.Very likely we will booking for our next beach trip.Something we have never agreed upon before! A Perfect Fit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Palm this June! The house was a perfect fit for our family in every way. We loved that each bedroom had a king bed, and that there were bunk beds for the kids. Having a pool in the backyard was fantastic! Everything was well-appointed and I appreciated the great communication from the property manager. We hope to be back again!

Fantastic stay with family.

This property and management group exceeded our expectations. The property was very clean and spacious for our large family and two small children. Everything from beach accessories to pool floats were provided. John Bailey was very proactive in communicating when the property was available and was easy to reach if we had any questions. We will definitely make this our annual beach trip rental in the future.

The house was beautifully updated, decorated and outfitted. I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay at the Palm! Communication with the owner was excellent. The property was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Most importantly, the location was outstanding with a quick walk or bike ride to the beach and the village shops and restaurants.The house is equipped with literally anything you might need for your stay - there are bikes, corn hole boards, and ping pong for the kids, as well as a beautiful pool with pool toys and a hot tub. There is an outside grill and fire pit as well. A beach cart, beach chairs and even a cool cabana tent were available for the beach. We cannot wait to return!

We totally enjoyed staying at this property . The backyard /pool area was well maintained and suited our needs perfectly .The hot tub was a huge plus .All the extra items including beach chairs and umbrella made a big difference for us since most of us flew to this location. We preferred walking or driving our golf cart to the 15th street beach access rather then the 11th Street one but both were within walking distance. All the bedrooms were really nice and more spacious then we had thought , just a great layout that met all our needs perfectly as we had 6 adults in our group. Could definitely accommodate many more in my opinion. No real complaints and would stay their again in the future.

Everything about our stay at the Palm was 10/10! We had a family group of 8 adults and 4 kids, so every bed was occupied. My wife and I travel with a big group of friends and stay at VRBO houses fairly often. This place was by far the most well stocked (kitchen hardware, beach gear, grill/grill tools, even a pair of bikes to use!) The pool and hot tub were beautiful, clean, well maintained, and pleasure to use all week. Super easy walk to a beautiful and very uncrowded stretch of beach. House is beautiful and very tastefully remodeled with high end finishes. Communication with owner was 100% - super responsive, super helpful, and super accommodating. We literally do not have a single complaint about our stay. Will definitely book again if we return to St. Simon!

great stay in East Beach

The outdoor space and the living space are fabulous. Our only issue (which was unique to us) was the bedrooms (other than the master) are small . The king size bed takes up most of the room. So in our case there wasn't enough room for the crib that we had rented in any of the bedrooms other than the master. That said, the house has great supplies for babies.

My husband and I enjoyed a nice quiet weekend at the Palm. The property is exactly as pictured. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio. The hot tub and pool area are clean and well maintained. The property management company was excellent and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

All you need!

House was very well recently done over inside and out, with all high-end appliances. Very clean, nice linens, beds etc. We were very happy with the 5 bedrooms and especially the 4 king beds as everyone wants king beds! Had SNOW during our visit to Georgia, so the pool was not used, but looked great.
