Parking. Free street parking (please park directly in front of the home) & one alleyway parking spot available. *No street parking when it snows (until plows have cleared the streets)

Great little 2 bedroom

Exactly as pictured and nice and clean! They did a good job updating the inside while keeping a lot of the original charm. The only negative is the floor to the upstairs unit is very creaky and the tenant above woke me up at 3 and 4:30am.

Perfect location, cute house for a getaway

The 218 location could not have been better for our 3 day getaway. Loved the decor, the house was clean and we so enjoyed our 3 night stay while we visited family at Itasca Community College. Host was great, responded quickly to questions along the way and her recommendations of places to eat were spot on. Great experience!
