You have finally found Utopia! Dreaming of Squam Lake and lazy summer days in the Lakes Region of NH? Here it is! Your authentic cottage experience nestled in the pine trees on Big Squam Lake. This is truly a rare opportunity to be a part of.

Utopia was built in 1915 and is part of a larger family complex. It is perfectly placed for privacy and serenity and has all the comforts of home wrapped in knotty pine interior with ample windows to bring in the sunlight and give you some amazing views of the lake. 3 bedroom and one bathroom, full kitchen, screened porch, living room with fireplace, and a good sized deck for outdoor dining and sunbathing. Nothing pretentious about this wonderful cottage, we are celebrating the rustic and simple nature of the home and it's surroundings.

Master bedroom has a Queen Bed. 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds, and the 3rd Bedroom has 2 Bunk Beds. Home sleeps 8 comfortably with one full bathroom!

Please note: this is a pet friendly home. Sheets and towels are not included in this rental. You may bring your own or rent them from Break Away Vacation Rentals, just let us know at time of booking!
