Historic home from the 1760s featuring full renovation. Light filled with modern comforts. 2 min drive / short walk to a bay beach. Enjoy an acre of outdoor space to relax by the shaded outdoor fireplace, host dinners and soak in the fresh air. Two indoor fireplaces for the off-season (cozy holiday time, anyone?). 4 bedrooms 2 full baths plus outdoor shower. 3 separate eating spaces — indoor dining, indoor kitchen table, kitchen counter stools and large teak dining table outside with gas grill. Two in-home office setups. Peloton and free weights. Set up well for kids (toddler bed, crib, highchair, changing tables, stroller, etc.) and easily tucked away for groups without! Short walk to the Causeway beach and a quick drive to all that North Fork has to offer - fresh farm food, endless beaches and wineries. Feels private in beautifully wooded Nassau Point area, but close to everything.

Heaven for families & beach lovers

Our family got together at this beautiful house and immediately fell in love! It is a beautiful property, with a lovely kitchen looking right into a lush garden. We ate every meal outside, while kids chased fireflies, then made a fire in the outdoor seating area after bedtime. All 3 bedrooms upstairs are very comfortable, w with a bonus pull-out couch in the downstairs office. Truly heaven! The beach is a comfortable 15 minute walk away and never too crowded - with bathrooms and a small playground - although our kids could have happily played at the house all week! There were so many wonderful toys and books, especially for the 5 and under crowd. We can't wait to go back for another visit soon! Thank you!

Charming comfort in Cutchogue

This property will not disappoint you, it is exactly how it is represented. Lovely renovated farmhouse with expansive rooms and grounds. There are many spaces to spread out and enjoy. The outside living space is exceptional. Must use the fireplace! The linens and the beds were quite comfortable. We especially liked the unique upstairs shower fixture. The bedrooms where well appointed and quite comfortable. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and peering out at the deer on the lawn. We certainly will return.

As you can see in our blurry photo, we are a family in motion! With two toddlers and two busy parents, we enjoy escaping NYC to our little corner of the world in the North Fork of Long Island. Trips to the farm stand, visits to the various beaches, wine tasting, running around in the yard, grilling and relaxing by the fire -- outside 3 seasons of the year -- this place really helps us unwind. We are excited to share this oasis with other like-minded people!
