The Casa Leo is a beautiful, well-kept holiday home, which is located just 500m from the dream beach in El Palmar on a quiet path. It has a closed approx. 800 sqm plot with a very well-kept garden, a covered terrace and garden furniture, as well as a brick barbecue. In 10 minutes you are on the pristine sandy beach of El Palmar, where you can also sit down for breakfast or for a first coffee in the morning in a bar-restaurant.
The Casa Leo is a detached family house with 3 bedrooms. 2 with 2 single beds and one with a French bed. It has a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, bide, vanity and bathroom cabinet. A fully equipped kitchen with seating for breakfast and access to the garden, where the seating under the thatched roof invites you to eat or drink coffee. Everything from a large fridge to washing machine, stove and microwave is available. In the living room there is a dining area for up to 6 people.
In the living area you can make yourself comfortable on the sofas and listen to music or enjoy television from all possible countries. When it gets colder, you can use the open fireplace. Other heating options are available in the house. You can park your car in front of the house,
From the roof terrace you have a wonderful view to the Coniler harbor and on the other side with a clear view to Morocco.

Gran semana en el palmar

Casa limpia, amplia, jardín acogedor. Chimenea y radiadores en toda la casa. Provisión de mantas, sábanas y toallas perfecta. Lo único a comentar es que el sofá cama estaba un poco viejo. Todo lo demás estupendoz super recomendable.

Pues no nos ha gustado , la entrada es regular ya que hay que acceder por caminos en mal estado. Se pasa frio ya que no hay nada para calentar la casa , lo único que hay es una chimenea que revoca el humo y es imposible estar con ella encendida del humo q sale. Hay que llevar de todo porque no hay ni las cosas básicas ( papel higiénico..etc) . Las sartenes en mal estado, las sábanas más pequeñas que las almohadas . El mando de la tv no funcionaba . Nada q ver con lo que pensábamos.

Gut gelegenes Haus mit super Garten

Sehr schön angelegter Garten mit toller überdachter Sitzgelegenheit, Außenduache, Grill und Tischtennisplatte. Ein entspannter Fußmarsch von 1 KM zum Meer. Für Einkauf u.ä. benötigt man ein Auto. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt in ruhiger ländlicher Lage.

Schönes Haus, super Strand

Wir haben 16 Tage in El Palmar verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr schön angelegt mit einem umlaufenden Garten, Gartendusche und Grill. Insbesondere den Grill haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Der Strand ist wunderbar, besonders für Kinder. Den Strand kann mal auch zu Fuß erreichen, jedoch war uns das zu mühsam und sind lieber mit dem Auto gefahren - kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind in den Dünnen vorhanden. Besitzer war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus aber...

Das Haus ist wirklich schön geräumig und auch gut eingerichtet. Es liegt wunderbar ruhig und man fühlt sich trotzdem sicher, durch die entsprechenden Maßnahmen am Haus. Leider gibt es jedoch ein ABER: Es wurde angrenzenden an den schönen Garten des Hauses ein neues Haus errichtet, dessen Fenster direkt in den Garten gehen. Als wir dort waren, war das Haus noch nicht ganz fertig und somit auch nicht bezogen. Aber solbald es fertig und vermietet ist, nimmt es ganz viel Privatsspähre. Uns hat schon die mitlerlebte Einrichtungsphase während unseres Aufenthaltes gestört. Das mag nicht jedem so gehen aber man muss es eben wissen. Auch hatten wir den Eindruck, dass es dem Haus ganz gut tun würde, wenn Einrichtungsgegenstände mal dringend erneuert bzw. ersetzt werden würden. So waren während unseres Aufenthaltes beispielsweise alle Aussenliegen ganz kaputt oder zumindest mal defekt. Das war wirklich schade, denn der Garten ist sehr schön und liebevoll angelegt. Auch müssten dringend die Grillgitter vom Außengrill ausgetrauscht werden. Ebenfalls sollte man wissen, dass die 500 m bis zum Strand so nicht stimmen. Luftlinie mag hinkommen aber es gibt vom Haus keinen direkt geraden Weg zum Strand. Und so werden aus dem 500 m ganz schnell über 1000 m. Auch nicht schlimm, aber man sollte es wissen. Mal eben zum Strand gehen entfällt nämlich und man fährt dann doch mit dem Auto. Auch noch wichtig: der Hausbesitzer, Manolo, ist super nett und auch sehr freundlich und bemüht aber er spricht leider nur spanisch. Mit Englisch kommt man nicht weiter. Alles in allem, war es ein schöner Urlaub aber insbesondere aufgund des Anbaus und der tatsächlichen Entfernung zum Strand, würden wir dieses Haus nicht wieder buchen.

Herrliches, großes Ferienhaus

Schönes, großes Haus mit viel Ruhe und wunderbaren Garten, wo wir selbst im Februar schon draußen grillen konnten. Das man zu Fuß gut zum Strand laufen kann hat uns hier auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
