The Villa has a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living-dining rooms, kitchen, exclusive swimming pool, terrace / solarium, 2 verandas.
Ideal to comfortably accommodate up to 8-10 people.

Additional 2 beds in ottomans convertible into single beds with bed base (very comfortable) located in the living room of the annex.

The main house consists of a large living room with comfortable sofas and a 55 '' Samsung Smart TV with satellite reception, equipped kitchen: 2 fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, 2 full bathrooms.
The annex consists of a further living-dining room with 32 '' TV with satellite reception (no smart), 2 double bedrooms (1 of these can be transformed into 2 single beds) and 2 complete bathrooms.
The property includes comfortable outdoor spaces, such as the exclusive swimming pool, the large surrounding terrace, verandas and terraces in front of the living areas, and relaxation areas with sea view, barbecue, outdoor shower, etc.
Exclusive outdoor parking for 2 cars.
Air conditioning present in all rooms.
WIFI Free mobile Internet with dedicated router, high speed under vodafone network (200 gb per month).

Une belle résidence avec une vue spectaculaire

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette villa, la communication avant notre arrivée ainsi que durant tout la semaine a vraiment été facilitée par l’agence. Ils ont été présent et n’ont pas hésité à se déplacer plusieurs fois pour les quelques réglages demandés. La villa est conforme aux photos, la vue panoramique donne un cachet incontestable à cette location, la piscine est propre et bien appréciée avec les températures que nous avons eues, quelques transats (la maison en dispose de 4 pour 8 personnes) supplémentaires auraient été appréciés. La literie est correcte, il manque cependant quelques ustensiles de cuisine (nombre de couverts insuffisant). L’électroménager style bouilloire, grille pain, cafetière…pourrait être un peu plus moderne. Les salles de bain restent étroites. Nous avons essentiellement profité des extérieurs, la maison offre une grande terrasse ensoleillée mais aussi une plus petite qui permet d’apprécier le coucher de soleil, ainsi qu’une terrasse ombragée. La maison est situé dans un village très calme, nous avons apprécié le silence du matin au soir. Quelques supérettes permettent de s’alimenter sans avoir besoin de faire beaucoup de route, il y a également des restaurants, poissonniers, maraîcher… pour ce qui est des activités style plongées ou visites il faudra faire au moins 25 minutes de voiture pour se rendre à la ville à la plus proche. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable.

Haus in Wunderschöner Umgebung

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön, insbesondere die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Der Pool ist groß, nur leider Ende September noch nicht beheizt. Das Haus ist von der Raumaufteilung sehr schön. Leider war es insgesamt nicht so sauber. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer sehr verschmutzt und die Schränke in der Küche klebten vor Fett. Etwas mehr Besteck war von Vorteil. Die Gartenmöbel alle aus Plastik; so das wir zweimal bei Unwetter die Gartenmöbel im Pool wiederfanden. Der Agent/Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir durften schon mittags einchecken und durften am Abreisetag bis 17.00 Uhr bleiben!

The real problem was the weather ... unfortunately the long rainy days and thunderstorms you faced ruined the holiday ... but unfortunately for this I can't do much. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit sehr viel Platz! Der Pool ist ein Traum mit schönem Blick auf das Meer!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Das Haus liegt sehr schöne und man hat vom Pool einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Das Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar und man kann entspannt im Pool plantschen. Ein Supermarkt und Supermarkt sind in der Nähe und haben gut Auswahl. Zum Strand kann man wenn man möchte laufen oder man fährt auf den nächsten Parkplatz innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wir durften sogar schon früher die Koffer im Haus unterstellen. Die Grillabende waren fantastisch! Mit Blick auf das Meer! Es war einfach traumhaft! Immer wieder gerne! Vielen Dank und viele Grüße Steffen
