Recently remodeled Cozy Cottage located on a Harris Brake Lake, AR with 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Amenities you’ll find include Jacuzzi bathtub, dining table, and a comfy couch. Full kitchen with all cooking & serving utensils including toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. Large screen TV and wide range of DVD’s are waiting for you in the living room. 2 more flat screen TV’s in a bedrooms. You can enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee on a porch with a view of the lake or take a walk around tall trees that you will find on a property. Cottage is located near Harris Brake Lake Resort where you can find anything you will need to catch fish (bait and tackle for sale!) to boat rental or a quick snack. We are located about 2 miles outside of Perryville, Arkansas where you can find many shops and restaurants, and we are less than an hour drive to Little Rock or Bill and Hillary Clinton National/Adams Fi Airport (LIT)

The neighborhood is unpleasant. There was a junkyard liked house opposite us.

I am VRBO fan but after this trip, I’d have to think hard before the booking. This property is not up to syandard

Hello Amara! Thank you for your feedback and thank you for your stay. You contacted me with additional requests and we were at the door within 15 minutes with requested items for the extra guest. You did not include your dog during reservation but I never mentioned to you anything against it. I had never had any other guests at my cabin that told me it’s not up to their standard. The cabin has been fully remodeled and includes brand new furniture. The neighborhood has a great people who care about each other and keep an eye on my cabin for safety. Perhaps you should select Hilton Hotel in a Little Rock next time. Have a great day!

Shabby neighborhood

The house was clean. Love the kitchen. The views were misrepresented. Stray dogs everywhere. Nothing but trashy surroundings. Didn’t feel safe or comfortable. We left after 1 night. Sorry

Amazing Location

Thus place was more than perfect right across street from lake and bait shop...only 20 minutes from Pettie Jean Mountain ideal location for our family adventures can't wait to come back again!
