Very pleasant one-bedroom apartment on the garden level in a 6-unit building, with a sea view on the Bonnegrâce beach side. Features an enclosed courtyard with 1 secure parking space.Access to the private inner courtyard via an automatic gate, with direct and quick access to the beach and its activities (electric bike rentals through City Hall, kayaks, jet skis, etc.) A bike path runs along the beach, connecting Six-Fours-la-Coudoulière and Le Brusc to Bandol.De, with numerous markets just a few minutes’ walk away, including Les Lônes, Sanary-sur-Mer, and the night market, etc. For night owls, there are various bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. Convenience stores are a 5-minute walk away, and supermarkets are 5 minutes away by car or bus.
