Ground floor: bedroom, living room, cooking (electric stove, microwave, small oven, cookware, plates, cutlery, glasses etc.); small bath / toilet with shower, access to terrace and garden;

1st floor: 2 bedrooms, hall, bathroom / toilet (bath / shower), access to the balcony with partial sea view

Garden: Framed by dense oleander bushes that bloom for many months in red, white and pink, lawn, large palm tree and bamboo. Everything irrigated automatically.

Terrace: 35 sqm terrace, shaded by automatically operated awning that extends across the entire width of the terrace

Swimming pool: within the complex just a few steps from the holiday home (1 adult swimming pool and 1 children's swimming pool)

Parking: Own, shady parking lot near the house

Location: restaurant 'Patio' about 60m away. Only 350 m as the crow flies to the coast; approx. 450 m air line to the Figueirette / Miramar marina with restaurants, beach, surfing, water skiing, diving school.

Excellent séjour dans une jolie propriété en bord de mer

Séjour confortable dans une petite propriété sympathique et calme avec grande piscine partagée à 15 minutes à pieds d’une petite plage publique/ petit port avec navette maritime vers Cannes.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage. Große Terrasse mit schattiger Markise. Oft genutzt haben wir nur wenige Schritte vom Haus (50m) das Schwimmbad (mit Erwachsenen- + separatem Kinderbecken). Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was ein erholsamer Urlaub benötigt und hat die Erwartungen anhand des Online-Inserats noch übertroffen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Attraktionen sind über die Küstenstraße schnell erreichbar. Ruhige Badestrände befinden sich nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Es gibt eine Vielzahl an atemberaubenden Ausflugsstrecken rundum die Cote d'Azur und im Hinterland der Seealpen. Anhand unserer Erfahrung kann man dieses Ferienhaus zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Zudem auch noch sehr nette Vermieter. Wir kommen wieder.

Tranquilité et détente sur la Côte d'Azur

L'annonce correspond au lieu. Le fait d'être sur 2 étages n'était pas forcément simple avec des enfants en bas âge. La propriété était propre mais l'équipement de base était rudimentaire. Il serait par exemple appréciable d'avoir des couteaux à viande lorsqu'on loue un tel objet. Les moustiques étaient nombreux et quelques moustiquaires sur les fenêtres des chambres ne serait pas un investissement de luxe. Le propriétaire répond rapidement et fourni toutes les informations nécessaires sur la location, les plages et restaurants de la région. La piscine de la résidence a été apprécié par les petits et les grands. Les sentiers pédestres ou à vtt dans le domaine de l'Esterel sont magnifiques et offres de beaux points de vue (http://www.theoule-sur-mer.org/class/xoopseditor/ckeditor/kcfinder/upload/files/carte rando.jpg)
