A lovely, large and comfortable holiday house with pool and garden ... a very quiet location for relaxation, tranquility. You will find here authenticity, friendliness and a family atmosphere.

We welcome you in the south of France (Languedoc-Roussillon): an idyllic location, surrounded by the Corbières vineyards and at the entrance of Cathar Pyrenees 25 km from Carcassonne, 50 km to the Mediterranean Sea ...

We are a perfect starting point for many activities: touristic excursions (Cité of Carcassonne, Fontfroide Abbey, Castle of Peyrepertuse), cycling, swimming (sea, lakes, rivers, swimming pool), mountain, gastronomy.

The extensive gardens and open countryside around (several hectares) guarantee our guests tranquility.

The self-catering cottage is independent, has a private terrace with BBQ area, a sitting-room with books, satellite television, DVD player, hifi, access to internet), a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine).

From June to September the swimming pool is open (40 meters by 4 meters).

Magnifique séjour!

Merci pour cette belle quinzaine. Gîte parfait, piscine très agréable et bien exposée avec une vue superbe. Calme et détente au RDV, avec des très belles ballades à pieds autour du gîte. les propriétaires sont charmants et discrets, toujours de bons conseils pour les ballads et visites: Ribaute et Lagrasse à voir absolument. Table d'hôte: nous n'avions pas réservé, malgré cela et notre demande tardive, nous avons très bien dîner+apéritif. Parfait pour un repos, tout en ayant pas mal de choses à visiter dans les alentours. A une prochaine fois j'espère.

We are in the middle of a beautiful nature with lovely views on the village of Montlaur. The house, originally a wine domain, has a lot of charm. Our guests tell us they feel here like "at home" and are very relaxed !
