Welcome to our apartment in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, a little corner of paradise on the beachfront. This comfortable and bright apartment is ideal for a getaway with family or friends, with a capacity of 4 people.



As soon as you arrive, you will be amazed by the breathtaking view of the marina from the apartment's balcony. You can enjoy this exceptional panorama while sipping a glass of wine or sharing a meal with your loved ones on the garden furniture.

Apartment was clean and well equipped with modern appliances although a tin opener and a clothes airer would have been useful. The apartment overlooked the marina where there was always some activity , le Grand Plage was only a few steps away The garage would not take a car bigger than a Fiat 500 and the entrance to the garage area was dark. There was an issue with the lock on the door which Nicholas immediately rectified , can’t ask for more. Keys need to be collected from Allo Vendee. St Gilles was very vibrant as it was a holiday weekend. We visited old haunts - Noirmoutier, St . Hilaire de Rez, Bretignolles and St Jean de Monts. Would recommend the property as long as you are aware of the garage situation

A deux nous avons passé un excellent séjour cet hiver dans ce petit appartement douillet, très agréablement équipé, excellemment situé avec une belle vue sur le port et à deux pas de la plage. Nous avons aussi apprécié de pouvoir nous rendre à pieds au centre, même si un peu plus éloigné (2 km). Le balcon/terrasse doit aussi être très appréciable quand les températures sont plus clémentes. Un excellent point de chute pour une belle découverte de St Gilles comme des environs.

petit appartement très bien agencé décoré avec gout avec vue imprenable sur le port de plaisance idéalement situé de plus Nicolas de l'agence allo Vendée vacances ainsi que les propriétaires très sympa juste un petit problème de télévision qui décroche tout le temps mais ca ne nous a pas du tout gâché les vacances

L’appartement est très sympathique et fidèle à la description. La localisation est au top, tout est accessible à pied et l’environnement est très agréable. Le parking est très pratique. Notre hôte s’est montré réactif et nous a donné des indications claires pour accéder au logement. Nous avons passé un week-end agréable et relaxant. Merci pour ce séjour.

L'emplacement de l'immeuble et la vue du balcon, proximité de la plage, avoir un garage (même s'il est un peu étroit) La ville de Saint Gilles a notre dimension ,ses marchés Le soleil en septembre, mais là vous n'y êtes pour rien 😀 A bien réfléchir : rien 😀 C'était parfait

Super séjour à St Gilles Croix de Vir

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé entre le port et la grande plage. Il a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût mais… meubles et équipements un peu hauts qd on mesure 1,57m comme moi🤗 Peut-être une place de parking car le garage est vraiment petit et peu pratique
