About this property

Detached villa with heated pool, spectacular views and 200m to sandy beach

Villa Monti e Mare is set above the beach at Cannesisa and has exceptionally panoramic views along the coast all the way to Cagliari. Enjoy spectacular sunsets over the sea as well as mountain views off of both the first floor bedroom terrace and the dining terraces at ground level. Outside of the high season, continue to enjoy the warm Sardinian air in May and September and October in the villa's heated swimming pool when the sea can be a bit chilly (16-18C). Two bedrooms have two twin beds each. The master bedroom has a queen bed. Just a 5-8 minute walk, accessed directly via 2 sets of stairs, is the gorgeous white sandy beach of Cannesisa. The villa is spacious and made for relaxation - either couples or families. Just a 12 min walk to the shops and restaurants at Torre delle Stelle. The villa also has private off-street parking so guests can also drive to beach or the shops. Enjoy privacy and great vistas of sea and mountains during your stay. Villa Monti e Mare is air-conditioned for your comfort to provide restful sleeping conditions during the summer months.

Charmed by Sardinia since a discovery trip in 2015, we immediately fell in love with Torre delle Stelle, its quietness far from crowdy beaches, the cozy and family atmosphere of the village and its hills with dream villas and villettas sparkling on the "Tower of the Stars" after the sunset ;o) ...with the deep desire of one day living this dream and sharing it!
