Les Gîtes du Mas de Roujou 1

"Les Gîtes du Mas de Roujou" welcomes you to a magnificent and peaceful setting in the Lot region, half an hour from Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac, the Pech Merle Caves, and 40 minutes from Saint-Cirq-Lapopie and many other superb sites to visit.<br><br>This ideally located and peaceful spot offers two holiday rentals: one for four people and one for six people (see our other listing).<br><br>The cottage for 4 people includes:<br>- a beautiful living room, a dining area, and a lovely fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, range, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher...)<br>- a modern bathroom with a shower stall and double sinks.<br>- separate toilet.<br>- 2 charming bedrooms; one equipped with a new 160-size bed, and the other with two new 90-size beds.<br>- A private terrace/garden.<br><br>The (big) PLUS: A magnificent 12×5 pool area with 3 levels (1st level 40 cm deep, 2nd level 80 cm, these two levels are ideal for very young children accompanied by their parents, and finally the top level is 1.60 m deep) and its pool house await you to relax after a wonderful day exploring (or not) the surrounding area.<br><br>And for the more adventurous, a lovely body of water perfect for fishing or a picnic awaits you just 5 minutes from the site.<br><br>Practical information:<br>- Parents are solely responsible for their young children’s access to the pool.<br>- To avoid any inconvenience, young children must wear a special swim nappy.<br>- At the end of your stay, you will be required to pay a tourist tax of 0.54 centimes per day per adult.<br>- A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.<br>- A security deposit check (which will not be cashed, of course) in the amount of 800€ will be required upon your arrival.<br>- Not a fan of cleaning on the day of departure? No worries—we can take care of cleaning the cottage at the end of your stay. This service costs 60 euros.<br><br>- The high-season rate is: 900.00 euros<br>- The low-season rate is: 400.00 euros<br><br>Do you have any more questions? a short visit to paradise

We had a wonderful two weeks at the Les Gîtes du Mas de Roujou. Mourad and Bruno have really outdone themselves in creating a small paradise for their guests. The apartments are up to the highest standards (completely new appliances), beautifully furnished and smartly equipped with all the things you might need during your stay. They make you feel right at home and are available for any questions or help with suggestions on what to explore in the region. From tourist attractions, to hiking path, to restaurants to try out. They are your local guides for your stay. At the same time, they give you the privacy that one wishes for while on holiday. It is rarely the case that the pictures give an honest insight into what you can expect. This time, I would have to say that it is even better than the pictures. The pool, the garden and the whole property is impeccably maintained. We had a splendid time during our stay and can only warmheartedly encourage you to book a visit. You will not be disappointed! Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Mas de Roujou. L’emplacement ,le gîte, la piscine tout était parfait comme sur les photos. Merci à Mourad et Bruno pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse ainsi que leurs conseils pour les nombreuses visites et restaurants à faire dans cette magnifique région. Une chose est sûre nous y retournerons…
