Spacious apartment facing southeast with panoramic views of the ponds, the port, and the sea, located on the 4th floor of a residence with an elevator near the center between the sea and the port. Equipped for 4 people, it includes a living room with a sofa bed (140 cm), an open kitchen, a bedroom with a bed (160 cm), a bathroom with toilet, a second separate toilet, a large rooftop terrace, and private parking at the back of the residence without designated parking spots.
Towels and bed linen available on request with payment on-site, optional cleaning service available at an extra charge.
Pets are not allowed.

The seaside resort of Carnon-Plage is the closest resort to Montpellier (13 km, about a 15-minute drive). It is a family-friendly resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte, where you will find numerous activities. You can also find shops and restaurants along the beach or at the port. Local markets are held three times a week during the summer season, and a craft market is present at the port every Wednesday.

The property is ideally located between the port and the beach, with a view of the gardens.

Appartement très bien situé à 2 pas de la plage et à 10 min des restaurants autour du port. Les clefs sont à récupérer à l'agence à 5 min à pied du logement. Compter 30 minutes pour faire l'état de lieu et éventuel contrôle de l'inventaire des objets de la maison. Le gros point noir est la place de parking, qui n'est pas attitrée. En été, il y a plus de voitures que de places disponibles. Nous avons été contraint d'utiliser le parking public payant à certains moments. Les places de parking sont très serrées; attention avec les voitures à gros gabarit.
