VILLA MARITAISE

Come relax in this superb new villa on one level tastefully furnished, located in a quiet area, with a sea view from the kitchen!

You will appreciate the volumes of living spaces open to the garden with heated pool (depending on weather at the beginning and end of the season) and secure, and will be seduced by the comfort and quality of equipment such as large sofas inviting conviviality, the fitted kitchen equipped and the summer courtyard for lunch and dinner overlooking the pool.

The sleeping area includes five double bedrooms including a master suite with a bed of 180x200 cm and bathroom, two other master suites with 160x200cm beds and bathrooms, and two bedrooms with a double bed of 160x200 cm sharing an independent bathroom.

The kitchen is very well equipped with induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator as well as the scullery with washing machine and dryer.

Outside, a magnificent south-facing terrace, deckchairs, tables and chairs for meals, garden furniture for aperitifs and plancha.

You can park your vehicle in the grounds of the villa (garage) and free parking in front of the house.
