Completely updated with all modern comforts: 2 LED TVs (including a 4K with 1 blu-ray player, large bathtub with electric towel dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob, hood, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board etc... (no internet box) All the equipment is recent, including the bedding (1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 90) and the exterior aluminium joinery (with double glazing)

It consists of an entrance, a bathroom, separate toilets, 2 bedrooms (a dressing room in one and a cupboard in the other) a fully equipped kitchen open to a pleasant bright living room composed of a room and a living room (with wood stove)

To keep fit, you can take advantage of a fitness studio. It is equipped with an infrared sauna, a rowing machine, an exercise bike and an elliptical trainer.
With a living area of 67m2 on an enclosed plot of 600 m² (not overlooked) planted with trees and fitted out with 2 terraces (one facing South/East for breakfasts and lunches and the other facing West for sunny naps, with pergola) as well as a small summer kitchen with barbecue.

Tarmac space for vehicle parking in the property.
A room for hanging laundry, garden furniture and bicycles completes the property.

At your disposal, you will find deckchairs, armchairs, and garden furniture as well as several board games (Scrabble, Master Mind, Monopoly, Triminos, Wall Pass, card games...)

A flat rate charges is included in the price (Electricity: 100kw/week and water: 2m3/week)

Reception and departure are provided by a professional concierge service.
Late arrival and early departure are possible. In this case, you will have to contact the concierge to set the dates and times that suit you.

SMALL dogs only are accepted (under 10kg and out of categories 1 and 2).

Cleaning is not included in the price of the rental, it is to be carried out at the end of the stay by the tenant, but in order to exempt you from this tedious task and to avoid any dispute about the cleanliness of the house, you have the possibility, if you wish, to book in advance a cleaning service of the house (carried out by our concierge service)
