Unwind in the living room equipped with a ceiling fan, two armchairs, a sofa, and a large TV for cable. Or if you'd like to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze, step outside to the private balcony offering spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Henderson Beach State Park features clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch) just over six miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just under six miles from the condo, hosts free shows and family-friendly exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals - including a rare albino alligator!

The unit is a bit out of date and the blinds in the bedroom let the outdoor passageway light in. The building lights are left on all night. Blinds that cover the bedroom windows better and blackout blinds would probably be better. Great location!

Because we rent 3 units every year for over 10years, we love The Beach House and its location, I would think we would get better service

Needs major attention. Greeted with an interesting odor at check-in. Husband found a dead fish on bathroom floor, yes a dead fish. There is black mold in bathroom above shower. The blinds were broken and shoved behind the couch and didn’t close all the way. The dishwasher didn’t drain. The furniture was so gross looking we put a sheet over it. Will definitely not be staying here and don’t recommend.

The property was perfect! Great location, beautiful gulf view. Clean and had enough towels and bath cloths. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need.

Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and just as listed. We loved the complimentary beach chairs and that all we had to do was walk right down and we were on the beach! The kitchen was stocked well with cookies supplies, bed was comfortable, and plenty of towels provided. We also loved that the beach wasn’t super crowded since we had our own private access. Overall we were very pleased and would stay here again!

The condo was clean and comfortable. The only issues we had were that the bedroom could use curtains to block out light and the bed definitely needs new sheets that fit the mattress. I would stay there again.

Convenient & Cute Condo

Stayed here for a week and figured I’d make a list of PROS and CONS. PROS: Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Easy beach access with a beautiful view. Comfortable bed (as someone who has had back surgery, this means a lot). Vacasa was prompt to respond when we had issues. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. CONS: The kitchen needs more utensils like scissors, oven mitts, and pots and pans. The patio furniture was rusted and needs to be replaced. The mattress is totally stained which was a bit gross. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

The condo was nicely decorated however the kitchen had no supplies including hot mits, salt/pepper, coffee filters. The couch was broken and sagged in the middle, the 2 chairs were filthy. The bathrooms shower and water faucet leaked and you could not turn off the shower when the faucet was turned on. The toilet paper holder was broken and there seemed to be water leaks showing on the ceiling. The construction - it was noisy and dirty and dusty. They started before 8 am and went til about 5 every day. There were nails in the parking lot that looked like they were just thrown there. The beach gate was broken so anyone could get in that was not staying at the condo. Overall I will not be booking at this spot again. Was not a restful or enjoyable stay.

Okay not great

It was nicely renovated and would be okay for 2 people but the pull out couch was difficult to use so I wouldn’t recommend it. There were some stains in the bathroom and the kitchen could use more supplies including a baking sheet and salt and pepper would be niceamd another skillet as one was broken. We also needed more silverware. The living room was spacious and the furniture was fine except the bed part of the couch. Not comfortable and difficult to use. The blinds were broken so they were permanently open which was bright. We did have to request a sink stopper for the bathroom and a remote for the ceiling fan which came 2 days after we messaged them. The unit could have used another mirror or a brighter light in the bedroom it was difficult for 4 people to get ready in one bathroom bc there was not enough light anywhere else. The washer and dryer was nice and the ice maker did make ice which was nice. The 2nd floor was very convenient to the beach access and we enjoyed the chairs they put out each day that were included. You have to go down and put your stuff out to claim one. It was right across from an Alvin’s island so convenient if you need something. The pool was nice and stayed cool. They did check armbands so def wear them.

Nice place

Nice quiet place. We have never been to this area before and tried it this year because of the hurricanes where we usually go. Glad we tried it and we’ll be back. The condo did not have a lot of pots/pans and cooking utensils but other than that everything was great.

Great with small exceptions

This was a great little condo and had everything we needed. Nothing fancy and no extras which was fine with us. We enjoyed having the umbrellas included. Nice/new washer drier. Parking and going to from beach was easy. I gave a 4 star because there are some things that need to be addressed. Many of the plugs did not work which made charging phones, speakers, computer frustrating. I had to unplug lamps in order to charge things. The bathroom needs some paint and TLC. Lots of patch work from repairs, mildew on ceiling of shower (this was in a prior review so we assumed it would be addressed) rust all around and in the air return. Baseboards looked dirty but probably just need paint. As long as these few little things are addressed,we would stay there again.

Great location, nice condo, construction noise was terrible!

This is a nice condo, the location on Miramar Beach is beautiful. Unfortunately, the construction really put a damper on our stay. We woke up around 07:30 every morning to air hammers removing mortar outside our window. (Yes, the listing stated construction, but I had no idea it would that bad.) We didn’t spend anytime in the condo during the day due to the noise. After a long drive, and wanting to unwind, I ended up with a cold shower, and twice after that. Lots of messaging back and forth, and no real resolution or compensation. Our VRBO messages went without a response for several days, or there was no response at all. My last VRBO/Vacasa booking for sure.

IT was clean, but needs some work.

Loved the view, hated the window covers, in the bedroom, that did not stop the lights from shining in, and the sliding door, that didn't slide more than about 2 feet.
