About this property

This 1 bed and 1 bath 2nd floor condo is a couples paradise! Located in the Mark Twain Condos, this unit is steps from the beach, bright, clean and ready for you! Walk the sand, hunt for shells, look for dolphins playing in the water on this massive section of beach. Or, do nothing but watch the world go by from your beach chair. St Armand's Circle is about a mile away for all of your restaurant and shopping needs. This quaint condo has a 2 person over night limit, a 4 person occupancy limit and is ready for you! Have another couple you want to join you? We have an almost identical unit downstairs they can rent! We require a one month minimum stay at our complex.

A month in paradise

Lovely, well kept property of 14 units with a private beach next to the monolithic Lido Ritz Carlton. Very quiet, delightful neighbors, easy parking, walking distance to trails in small mangrove forests and Kayak rentals, also, surrounded by some lovely restaurants. St. Armands Circle with sophisticated restaurants and shops and the bridge to downtown Sarasota are a short drive and perhaps most importantly everyone is nice!

War sehr schön die Lage Beach alles super.

Beach Paradise

Our beach bungalow was perfect in every way. Totally met our expectations and more. Very clean and had everything we needed. Very nice having beach chairs to use. The local agent was outstanding and incredibly responsive to any needs we had. The extra week was a great touch. Hope to see you again.
