The kitchen has been recently remodeled with new quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and stocked with items you might need to make your own gourmet family dinners while enjoying the view of the beach. We have a great collection of pots an pans, knives, bakeware, spices, gadgets such as a mixer, blender and coffee grinder (even a lemon zester!) to name a few. Of course, if you don’t feel like cooking, you can choose from a variety of dining options that we recommend in our custom guidebook.
The kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms, with all new mid-century modern furniture, including a sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress and a new smart TV with streaming capability. Play a board game, cards, watch a movie, and just spend time together as a family after a day at the beach, pool, playing golf or shopping at the boutiques in St. Armand’s Circle. We offer high speed internet (even from the pool!), in case you have to do some work at the desk area, or just want to browse.
The dining table seats 6 and the cozy living room seats 6 comfortably.
The master bedroom features a King sized bed with many pillows of varying size and firmness, and another breathtaking view of the ocean. Your en-suite bathroom includes a spacious triple closet, double sink, updated cabinetry and granite countertops, plush cotton luxury towels, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.
The second bedroom features two regular twin size beds which can be moved together with a memory foam mattress topper or kept apart for flexibility, two full sized closets, and an adjoining bathroom that can also be accessed from the main living space.
There are brand new, impact glass windows throughout, including new patio sliders. You’ll have plenty of storage space to unpack comfortably, and a dedicated parking space in the front of the building.
Enjoy the ocean breezes from sunrise to glorious sunset on your private, direct gulf front terrace on the third floor of Beachplace. Relax and chill with the soothing sound of the waves, gently washing against the white sandy shore.
