This renovated two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the second floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the Gulf from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! It is just steps to the beach which allows you to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and the guest bedroom has two new full size beds. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The modern style, open kitchen has nice granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The living room TV size is 65 smart Tv", while both bedroom TV sizes are 48 inch smart tv for your enjoyment, the master bedroom is a 50 inch smart Tv as well. The condo is fully tiled throughout. The open patio allows you to enjoy the beautiful tropical breezes.

As beautiful as advertised

Check-in after hours was easy. The entire unit was very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked in terms of utensils and toiletries. Two small issues: there was no paper towel in the kitchen (However, there were boxes of Kleenex) and the bathtub in the second bedroom was not draining well. Everything else was in working order. The view of the beach from the living room and bedrooms was fantastic and this was reason enough to rent the unit. The unit is on the 2nd floor which means you will not have to wait for the elevator. Overall, I would highly recommend renting this vacation property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely condo with a fantastic view....only downside was the master bedroom bed. Terribly soft and very uncomfortable. We used the second bedroom beds when we did not have guests. The bed did not even have a headboard and the bedspread did not fit properly (too small) and it seemed dirty. Needs to be replaced with a King size spread. Other than that, we liked the condo and its location in the tower.
