Penhouse view come w a cost!

First- I like to say this is not my first time staying in high rise w penhouse view. But this is the first time I experienced this- Pro- the view and onsite parking for $40 per day; and street food across the street. Con- very noise, very loud ( you will hear the wind hounding , the cars honking in the streets , loud noise from botttom floors and top floor). The hotel is not up to date ( not the fault of the owner! ) but also will be surprised when walk into old dirty couch w stain, lay on uncomfortable squeaky beds. I wasn’t asking much when I booked the place but it’ll our whole family of 5 couldn’t sleep bc of how uncomfortable it is!

Exactly what I expected

If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel with a concierge this is not the place for you. If you want a roomy, clean, fun location with a full kitchen and the most gorgeous view you could ever imagine.. book NOW!! Management has fantastic communication. All questions answered in a timely manner. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of sheets and towels including beach towels. Would stay here again!

Great little stay

We stayed for three nights between Christmas and new year. With teens the key access and lock. BOx was perfect so they had freedom to do their own thing. The views were OUTSTANDING mountains, cancel ocean and sunrises were. Awesome. Some things are a bit dated and we managed our expectations based on past reviews but were pleasantly surprised, everything was great

Beautiful

This was an AMAZING experience, the place was absolutely stunning and the views from the room were breathtaking. Everything was clean and Mark was an incredible host. I would 10/10 recommend to friends. Thanks!
