My fiance and I stayed here for 4 months while I was on a travel nurse assignment in Grants Pass/Medford. The unit was clean and spotless from top to bottom. We loved the design and solitude! The owner is very caring and made sure to solve any minor problems that we had. The nature trail and watering hole at the end of the property is beautiful. Overall, this was a very great place to stay with excellent forestry views. A++
Loved staying at this property. Deborah was very kind and the house was so cute and newly updated. The hostess even gave me some free farm fresh eggs! I would absolutely love to come back and stay at this place someday.
My wife and I stayed here for 3 months while my wife did a travel nurse assignment at the local hospital. The home sits right along a river and has a walking trail behind the house that our dog loved. It's a clean and beautiful home. Debra is a great host. We highly recommend staying here.

I couldn’t ask for a better guest. Clean, quiet, and personable. Welcome back anytime.
We stayed at Debra’s property for a about a month and it was a great experience. Debra was very accommodating and her property was beautiful. It is accurate to the description and has everything you need to stay for an extended stay or a short visit. The fenced in area outside was great for our dogs and the fire pit is a great touch for cooking outside. If your looking for a peaceful stay out in the woods very close to grants pass then this is for you!

About the host
Hosted by Debra Bradshaw
Just a retired soldier living the dream and sharing a bit of it. I actually grew up in the desert so Southern Oregon is worlds different.
Why they chose this property
I chose Colonial Valley because the properties are mostly over 5 acres, wooded and feel removed from the rat race.
What makes this property unique
The best part of staying here is the privacy and serenity.
