Perfect getaway for families. This townhouse is in Palm Cove, a secure gated community,which is less than a mile from the public beach access with free parking available. The community has two pools. Quick access to all of the attractions! Shipwreck Island Waterpark & Rock'it Lanes is within walking distance. Pier Park and Miracle Strip are 4-mile trip away via Back Beach Road. Frank Brown Park is only 5 miles away. There are three golf courses within two miles.
The first floor has the entrance, living / dining / kitchen area and a half bath, as well as the master bedroom, which has king bed and its own bathroom.
The second floor features 2 bedrooms : one features queen-size bed and another features 2 twin size beds.
