Perfect getaway for families. This townhouse is in Palm Cove, a secure gated community,which is less than a mile from the public beach access with free parking available. The community has two pools. Quick access to all of the attractions! Shipwreck Island Waterpark & Rock'it Lanes is within walking distance. Pier Park and Miracle Strip are 4-mile trip away via Back Beach Road. Frank Brown Park is only 5 miles away. There are three golf courses within two miles.
The first floor has the entrance, living / dining / kitchen area and a half bath, as well as the master bedroom, which has king bed and its own bathroom.
The second floor features 2 bedrooms : one features queen-size bed and another features 2 twin size beds.
Living room and each of the bedrooms has a TV (4 TVs total).

Great house!

It was very clean and they left few things that really came in handy, like some laundry detergent packs! The house was very nice and communication with the owner was great. The only small issue we had is that the room with two twin beds had a balcony wall that was open to the downstairs. So it was hard to get the kids to bed with them being able to look over the wall at the adults. But that was so minor, it really was a great stay at a very nice house and the location could not have been better!
