Studio ground floor for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children) very close to the pond of the Ponant. Collective parking in a secure residence. In a very quiet area (Ponant).
Fully equipped: 1 bed with sofa bed, 2 bunk beds in a small room with window, duvet and pillow covers provided except sheets and linen, 1 table and 4 chairs, vacuum cleaner, kitchenette equipped with 2 electric hobs, crockery and kitchen utensils, washing machine, Senseo coffee maker, microwave oven, mini oven, toaster, fridge freezer, TV, light fixture with fan, bathroom with bathtub. 1 table and 4 chairs, and an electric barbecue on the terrace. Air-conditioned apartment. Possibility to provide a baby kit (cot. Stroller. High chair)
City centre and beaches 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bike by pedestrian path.
Shops nearby: bakery, supermarket, newsagent, bars, restaurants, laundry, tennis, tree climbing course, water ski lift, fishing, golf, rowing base, boating on the Ponant (except scooters and jet skis prohibited), water park (big blue).
