Enjoy the beautiful flowering garden with its south-facing terrace to relax in peace and enjoy the sea view from the upper floor. This holiday home is close to the beach, the GR34 hiking trail and Audierne town centre and is ideal for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation.

-Living room with TV
-equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment
- Bathroom with WC
- Washing machine in the garage.
Upstairs :
- Bedroom with a bed (1,60m x2m) and a bed of 0,80m
- WC with washbasin
Outside :
- Terrace, garden furniture and barbecue
- Parking space and bicycle garage
- Small pets on request
Electricity" package of 100Kwh is included in the weekly price. Beyond that, each additional Kwh is billed at €0.35.
