Emplacement excellent, mais appartement méritant encore un coup de jeune dans sa rénovation.
Sol lino désuet, salle de bain année 70, meuble de la chambre ayant vécu, l'ensemble conserve une odeur d'humidité prégnante pas très agréable.
merci de votre prise en compte car cela impacte le rapport qualité / prix qui n'est pas au rendez vous.
